Launching across North Wales — be first in the diary · own a territory
Four finished looks by Clwydian Academy-trained stylists

Education.
Education.
Education.

Our success is rooted in it. The group runs its own school — Clwydian Academy in St Asaph — because the industry stopped training its future, and we refused to wait. Six-month NVQ fast-tracks, regulated CPD masterclasses and Welsh-framework apprenticeships, feeding every chair in the network.

Why we teach

The pipeline
is the point.

Apprenticeship starts across UK hairdressing have collapsed by nearly 70% in a decade. Rather than compete for a shrinking pool, the group manufactures its own talent — and every learner leaves with more than a certificate: a mapped route into employment, a chair, or a Charlotte Eleanor franchise of their own.

  • Clwydian Academy CBC — an asset-locked community benefit company in St Asaph
  • Led by a practising Senior Lecturer and Internal Quality Assurer
  • Fully funded routes for eligible learners and apprentices
  • Graduate pathways straight onto the franchisee ladder

Start where
we started.

Every stylist in our vans began in an academy chair. Yours is waiting in St Asaph.
