Short version: this website stores nothing about you, and we only ever hold what you choose to send us.
Who we are

What this website collects
By itself, nothing that identifies you. The site runs no analytics. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, whose servers receive standard technical request data (such as your IP address) when the font files load. Our web host may keep standard server logs, which we do not access for profiling. Advertising cookies are covered separately below.
Cookies and advertising
We advertise on Facebook and Instagram, and we use the Meta Pixel to measure whether those adverts lead to bookings. The pixel sets cookies in your browser and shares the fact of your visit with Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, who may use it to show you our adverts later.
It does not run unless you allow it. The first time you visit, a bar at the bottom of the screen asks whether to accept. Nothing is set if you press Decline, or if you ignore it. Your choice is stored in your own browser, and you can change your mind at any time by clearing this site’s data in your browser settings, which brings the question back.
We do not use these cookies to collect anything sensitive, and we do not sell or share the data with anyone other than Meta for the purpose described above.
When you contact us
The enquiry form works through your own email app — pressing send creates an email from you to us. We receive only what you send: typically your name, contact details and what you’re interested in. We use it to respond to your enquiry and for nothing else. We don’t sell or share your details, and you can ask us to delete them at any time.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018) you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you, and you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk) if you believe we’ve handled your data improperly. Email us and we’ll act promptly.
